Add more app/websites to Block List while in an Active Blocking Session

I want to be able to add MORE restrictions while in a blocking session (ideally without having to wait for a time limit or for the session to be over). For a few days now, I’ve only remembered I want to block a particular website while in a blocking session, and it’s bugging me!
