A better picture of how the lifetime impact of daily usage

It would be great to have a better visualisation of how much time your daily usage would take from your life when extrapolated:

  • 3hours 15 minutes in a day is 49, 24-hour days per year
  • However that works out over your lifetime - spending 8 hours in your phone for example and realising that this means losing 20-something years of your life is a real shock to the system

I know this is noted in the weekly reviews, but it would be great (and I think quite important) to confront this fact more regularly.
