A way to set wake-up / sleep timeframe

Would be awesome to have a setting to change wake-up / bedtime times.

As I work late night shifts and wake up in the afternoon. And right after wake up the app tells me that I already spent 30% of time offline. You bet I did! :kissing:

The even better version would be to integrate with apple health/apple watch to pull the sleep time automatically, but a simple setting with awake timeframe at the start will do.
