I think having the ability to choose a specific duration for the Timeout option would be great. 30-seconds to no break at all is a bit of an extreme.
In practice, I’ve noticed 30-seconds isn’t long enough to get rid of that ‘itch’. I just wait, and click ‘Leave Early’.
I guess we’re all our own worse enemy 
And it’s the Initial break of not following screen time rules thay sets myself up for failure personally.
I think 2-minutes is a better time frame as it still allows us to do something urgent, but is long enough to realise that it can wait.
But, an adjustable timeout duration will allow us to find time that sweet spot.
