Early in the morning or late at night it can be easy to just keep snoozing your session. I have a deep focus session that runs at the most high-risk times, but sometimes you fall down the rabbit hole anyway.
This could take a few forms:
- A visual counter of how many times you’ve snoozed in quick succession (and how long that time has added up to!)
- An additional restriction on consecutive snoozes (yes there is timeout, but perhaps something else?)
- Perhaps most importantly, a reminder of the purpose of your session in the first place! This could be customisable potentially.
In any case, the goal: Stop the trap of just repeatedly snoozing your session!
