All Focus hours gone after deleting Opal App

Help please, I had to delete and reinstall Opal because I was in a situation where I needed an App but couldn’t access it, and now all my 500 focus hours are gone. What can I do?

Sorry for the trouble! I’m afraid this can occur if you delete your account or the app:

We’d recommend ensuring that you sign up for an account by heading to your Profile tab > Settings and ensuring it is associated with a email or phone number. That way, we can better store your progress moving forward. Unfortunately, however, we can’t manually grant progress after you’ve deleted the app.
