Not sure why it doesn’t show up on the list, but would love to be able to as someone who has diagnosed health anxiety and habitually checks my heart rate etc

I also wanted to chime in on the discussion about blocking health-apps in the Opal system—great topic! I think giving users the option to block or limit access to apps that trigger anxiety or distraction could be a powerful addition. In your view, what specific criteria should the app use to allow shadow-blocking (apps that run in the background, Non surgical-monitoring tools, etc.), and how would you measure its impact on users’ mental-well-being?
