I have a full phone block set daily from 7-11am, however, yesterday I had a long morning bike ride that I wanted to use a tracking app for, so i changed the time forward two hours. Then, I could only access Opal if the time is manually changed because if not, Opal would glitch out seconds after I clicked on it. To make things worse, I toggled the option to not allow date changes / deleting the app with the hopes that it would fix things, but it did not. The app still glitches, and now not only can I not manually change my time to access the app, i also cannot delete it or contact the team through the app.

Thanks for reporting this! We’ve been noticing unusual behaviour in the app when a user changes their time and date. To sort this out, please email support@opal.so, and we’ll do further troubleshooting. Please include a screenshot of your Profile tab - Settings so we can take a look at your account on the back end as well.

i’ve noticed the same thing - i had to change date/time to go back in time to fix a fitness tracking thing. since then, there have been issues where the app ends a day showing me a screen time like 3h 30 min, and then the next morning it jumps up to 5h 30 min when i look at the Community pane where it shows me what my screen time was like compared to my peers.
how can i reset some things w the app without messing with existing streaks?
