I use opa not to avoid social media completely, but to have something that makes the use of them less appealing, for example, having to wait for few seconds or minutes every time I want to open instagram.
But opal some time doesn’t block my apps back after my time off is gone. The apps just stay available forever.
Am I doing something wrong or it’s a bug within the service?
Hey @Gabriel_Ganzarolli ,
Thanks for letting us know! If your Time limit isn’t working as expected, here is my recommendation to sort that out: please go to your “Blocks” tab and hit the “Reload Blocks” button!
Once that’s complete, please follow all the steps here:
If running through every single step listed above doesn’t do the trick, please don’t hesitate to let us know at support@opal.so. We’ll be happy to take next steps.
All the best,
Team Opal
I just wanted to say that I think this might be a wider problem or a bug you all need to fix. It’s happening to me too. It’s been happening the last 4 days even after I refresh the blocks or close out the app. And I don’t find out until I look up and see that I’ve been scrolling longer than my allotment. I’m starting to get to the point where I’m wondering if I should explore another app.
