Hi, i have this problem for so long now. Tried al the steps for the faq and what is shared here && it stilll keeps on happening… getting realliy sick of tired of this

To help us fix this issue, could you send us a mail with your logs using our support system? Open your Opal App, go to the Profile Tab, then Settings, then Contact Us and tap the little envelop icon on the top right corner.
