Avoid deleting opal

Hi! Occasionally, I find myself avoiding my focus time by deleting opal. Is there a way to either prevent that or to have opal detect that?

I am tempted to do this too. It kind of defeats the purpose of the app.

You can go to contact and privacy restrictions and then select contact and privacy restrictions. Their should be an option that says deleting apps. Just change the option to not allow. You will also be required to enter your screen time password.
