Hi,
I want to go Cold Turkey on certain app for example block instagram for 1-3 days. I would use this option for when I know I have to get something done, but i would end up choosing the path of least resistance (scrolling IG). Please make this a feature of the app, it’ll definitely decrease my phone usage time, and mostly likely decrease screen time for my fellow Opal users.
