Hello, I set my daily limits on specific social apps. I did every single thing that there was to do on the list of what to do if the blocks aren’t working. I’m not even receiving a notification for when I go over my app limit. It’s rendered pretty much useless.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the persistent trouble. Given that you’ve already done some troubleshooting, I’d next suggest our hard reset. To do this hard reset, please follow these steps in order:
- Update to the newest version of your OS here: Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support
- Update the app to the newest version here: Opal: Screen Time Control on the App Store
- Delete all Block and Allow Lists, Sessions, App Limits, and App Locks
- Open your Blocks tab and click the arrow in the top right corner
- Head to Profile > Settings > FAQs > Advanced Features > Click and hold on “Reset my Screen Time”
- Force close the Opal app
- Turn your device off and back on
- Reopen Opal
Once that’s complete, you’ll need to recreate your Sessions. Please let us know if that sorted out the issue!
