Block screen questions/to do list and notifications

Connecting opal to reminder app from apple or android equivalent so that before being able to open an app you need to complete your to do list
And / or asking customizable yes/no questions before you open the app they have to all be answered yes

Also being able to still see notifications from an app while it is blocked
