I wanted to suggest a feature tweak around break sessions. Right now, breaks are set by time (e.g., a 10-minute break), which can sometimes backfire for me. When I know I only have 10 minutes, I end up feeling rushed and pressured to âmake the most of it,â which usually leads to intense, unintentional scrollingâbasically the opposite of a mindful break .
It might help to experiment with breaks that are based on time spent inside specific apps instead. For example: allow 5 minutes on Instagram, not 10 minutes overall. That way, I can open other apps, breathe a bit, or even put my phone down for part of the break.
