I told the app that I wanted a 15-minute break during a focus session. Apps still restricted. Then I restarted my iPhone. Apps were not restricted, used Instagram for about 20 seconds and then it was restricted. 15 minute break still not up. I then deleted Opal but surprise, surprise—apps still restricted! And support is a joke—just a dumb AI bot. I have to wait two business days to hear from a real human. It also doesn’t look like this forum is very active with support from Opal. I like this app but it should do what the user tells it and real support should be available.
