BUG: Cannot see apps icons in app groups

I see squares with three dots instead of the the apps in the app groups

I have the same issue, and in addition, I can’t add any other apps to my groups. Tapping the categories doesn’t show a drop-down of apps at all, and I can’t search for them either.
