Can’t login after getting new phone

Hi, I used the contact support in the app last week but have not heard back. I got a new iPhone and I can’t log back into opal. When I first opened the app on my new phone I pressed login with apple not realising it was actually on create account. I’m worried this may have created a duplicate account, if that’s possible? I’ve got two emails I use and the reset password option is not sending a reset email to either account, so that’s either not working or I guess I used apple. I had one year free from referrals on my original account so need to get back into that one or the year transferring to the new duplicate account. Thanks.
