Can we block apps but still receive call from that apps

So I am using wechat, and or course it has a lot of attraction as well as business reason.

So I decided to block it, however it also blocked incoming call which is for business reason. Any chance it can still let me pick the call?

Unfortunately we can only block at the app level (so all of Wechat) due to iOS restrictions.

Unless wechat may have a separate app for calls / messages only? (For example facebook also has a separate Messenger app)

Thanks for answer, so far I know they don’t have this function. Cause in Hong Kong and China, people use wechat to call instead of phone call more often. Just like WhatsApp call.
