Cannot reinstate subscription

Hello,

I had to delete the app when I was completing an assignment and needed social media for research and couldn’t figure out how to cancel the “deep focus”. I’ve now downloaded the app again, but when I log in my subscription is not active and I have to pay again. Help please! I’m not tech savvy at all.

First, next time you in the deep focus mode, you should use the provided method to stop the session, which you can find it in Help Center.

Second, you should be able to restore your purchase as long as you have paid for it and it’s not expired.

Here you can check:

  1. Go to App Store
  2. Click on your profile image
  3. Find Subscription
  4. You should be able to find the Opal Pro Subscription. Make sure it’s not expired.
