I’d like to receive a daily and weekly screen time report that shows me how much time I’ve spent on distracting apps and give me a breakdown on what times of the day it was in and automatically prompt to start Opal sessions when I’m more prone to use distracting apps otherwise.

Current weekly report isn’t useful. My goal is to reduce my social media usage over time but there doesn’t appear to look at that app specific data as a trend over time.
