Introduce a strict mode to just completely keep the internet off, and to use it with intention.

Thank you for the suggestion! This has now been added to the latest update of Opal! You’ll be able to disconnect ‘All Internet’ in Opal now and that includes games and everything. You’ll still be able to make and recieve phone calls and SMS text messages.
