HI there - I deleted the Opal app off my phone in hopes of resetting the settings. I now can’t access the app store - or anything restricted - and can’t redownload the Opal app to contact or cancel the session. Is there anything I can do?
Sorry to hear this! please go to your Iphone’s settings => screen time => toggle Opal off under apps with screeen time access. This should remove restrictions and allow you to redownload opal.
