Different Screen times within Opal

My screen time on my home page is always different than my screen time on my leaderboard page. Why??? It’s the same phone and account I am confused why it’s not the same. How do I make it the same?

For example, on my Home Screen WITHIN Opal, it says my screen time is 2 hours and 40 mins today. On the the “leaderboard page,” it says my screen time is 3 hours and 29 mins today.

Happy to help and sorry for the trouble. To sort out any Screen Time tracking or display issues, please reset your connection by taking these steps:

  • Head to your “Profile” tab - “Settings” (accessible from the gear icon in the top right corner) - “FAQs” - “Advanced Features” - Click and hold on "Reset my Screen Time "

Once that’s complete, please wait 24 hours to see if your Screen Time is properly tracked and properly displayed on your “Screen Time” tab. Please note, however, that resetting your Screen Time will not change your tracked time on previous days! If that doesn’t sort out the problem, please don’t hesitate to let us know at support@opal.so, providing evidence (screenshots or videos) of exactly where things are going wrong so we can troubleshoot further.
