When you pull down on iOS and search for Opal you get the app icon and next to it a start session and end session button. If you click the end button you don’t need to wait or anything, the session just ends. If that doesn’t work you can click start then end and it ends. You shouldn’t be able to do this without waiting like you would in the app.

Thanks for reaching out. To prevent yourself from being able to use those system Shortcuts, please set your Session Difficulty to “no way, I’m hardcore” difficulty. Otherwise, I’m afraid that we’re unable to remove them because they are native to Apple’'s OS.
