Feature: Reset Gems, Streaks, Milestones

Hi!
So I just joined opal.
I accidentally put work focus on and another focus on when I hadn’t realized I had and then I got a couple gems for completing the task.
I didn’t actually complete them.
Is there a way to take away/reset gem stones?
I want to feel like I earned the gem stones.

Hey @starluna-letterA,

Happy to help, but I’m afraid there is no simple way to reset your Streak or Gems to zero. Instead, you’ll need to take the following steps:

  1. Delete your account using the steps here: Opal FAQ | How to delete my account
  2. Delete the Opal app by long pressing on the app from your Home screen and selecting “Remove App”
  3. Waiting a minimum of 24 hours for your data to be removed from our system
  4. Redownloading the app and signing up again here: App

Otherwise, I’ve passed this suggestion of being able to reset your Streak or Gems to zero along to our engineers to consider as we continue to upgrade the app. Stay tuned!
