Fix Broken Streak on New Device

Hi,

I got an new iPhone and migrated the old one to it. Opel works the same way as before, but I found out that the days accumulated are reset and I have to start over. How do I make the new phone on the same progress as the old one?

  • I didn’t login on the new phone as it’s migrated automatically
  • all the settings are the same as the old phone
  • If I cannot get the days back, does it mean I can never get the stone which needs more than 365 days because I change my phone every year?

Happy to help! I’m afraid that you’ll need to contact our Support inbox in-app for us to view your User Logs and see what may have gone wrong here. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Open the Opal App
  • Tap on your Opal “Settings” (accessible from the top right corner of your “Profile” tab)
  • Tap on “Support Chat”
  • Within the Support chat, tap the Mail icon (accessible in the top right corner)
  • Compose and send your email

Note: if your Apple mail app is not connected to an existing email account, you will be unable to send a message. Please connect your email address to proceed.

Once we have your user logs, we can take another look at if we can repair your Streak.
