(FIXED) Way to Timeout as Default?

Is there a way that you can set “Timeout” as the default setting when you go to start a session? I activate Opal sessions through Apple shortcuts, but I find myself wanting the “Timeout” difficulty over the normal difficulty. This means I have to go into the app and press a few buttons and I end up using the app less. If I could set Timeout as default, it would eliminate a lot of friction. Thanks!

Hey, is this already possible? I cant turn on timeout directly from my automations

This is availabe in the app by the way, when you select Timeout once for a session, it will become the default for the next sessions.

Hey, is this available yet, I cant see the option in automations

Every time I open the Opal app I instantly see the snooze button. I have it set to timeout mode but the fact that it opens up with snooze defeats the purpose. How do I fix it?
