Get On Demand Sessions

So we can schedule sessions which is good for advance planning, but I don’t see any option for on demand session.

For example, I wish to set a scenario for “Book reading”, and use it on demand rather than scheduling it .

How to do this?

If not possible, could we have that level of customisation as a feature.

Thanks for sharing! we definitely need to make this clearer (@Anton ). You can start an on-demand session by tapping the “Start Blocking Session” button at the bottom of any screen. You can choose a title, apps to block and difficulty, and set a timer. Let me know if it works for you!
