Haven’t received Opal PRO from help article video

Hey there! I’ve submitted a help article video while the promotion was available on this forum to obtain a lifetime PRO subscription. In February I was emailed a response back, notifying me to use the support chat in-app to send a message, so the team can pull up my account and apply it. I have since sent in an original message in February, and a followup message in March. One month later, it’s now April and I haven’t received any response back. I’m not sure if there’s an issue with Instabug or something, but I’d like to get this resolved.

Thanks for this amazing app by the way, been using it to manage heavy usage of my phone! :wink:
