More often than not when we are doom scrolling it’s not mindful and we do it out of habit,
Sometimes i go to the app to do something specific but i get distracted and 30 mins later i catch myself , trying to remember why i opened the app.
And i always wonder what if there was this feature where the app sends a head’s up notification with different massages asking what are u doing here scrolling?
It could be witty or funny like how Duolingo does it ,
also can be combined with a Tibetan bowl tone to bring you to present moment.
What do you guys think??
Would this help with back to back snooze?
Or make us more present and mindful?
