Are there ways Opal can help you stay mindful without using a VPN, in case you need to use another VPN for work etc.
Ideas:
- Use Shortcuts to program Opal’s intention setting screen to open whenever a distracting app is opened.
- Different challenges that are based on Apple’s screen time.
