How to make it so you can never select certain apps unless you are in a specific focus mode?

Hi there everyone, this is my first post here. Apologies if this is the wrong place to put this.

Is there anyway that when I have my normal Home Screen open on my iPhone I cannot access any specific apps on the App Library.

Because I want to have a focus mode only for social media, and only be able to access social media on that focus mode but the App Library makes its so you can just go onto any app at any time which I really dislike.

This is the right place and thanks for sharing!
So basically you want social media to be blocked all the time except when you turn on the “Social Media Time” Focus?

I don’t think there is a way of doing this at the moment.
What I suggest is you create a Focus for “No Social Time” or “Work” and link it to Opal to block social media apps. When you unselect this Focus, social apps are available again.
