It appears the Mac desktop app will not allow multiple pre-set sessions to run concurrently. My original session is running. However, an additional session I have set up to run a few hours a day is not. The one way around this I’ve found is to use a “Block Now” instead of the second session, each day.
Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere - nothing showed up for it in search.
Thanks!
Eric
Hey @EricDoggett,.
Happy to help! There might be a few reasons why this is occurring. First up, to run multiple scheduled Sessions, you must purchase a subscription to Opal Pro:
Otherwise, I’m afraid you can not run overlapping Sessions via Opal. Instead, you’ll need to set up those Sessions so they do not overlap.
I hope that helps clarify,
Team Opal
Hi Sarah -
Thanks so much for the reply! I did enter my credit card number - it looks like even though I did that I am still in the trial window for a few more days, so maybe that’s why.
