My almost 90 day streak randomly disappeared and restarted? I’m very strict on not going into vacation mode or ending sessions early or even taking breaks. Does this happen to anyone else?
Also, sometimes, my blocks begin too early! Like I have a 2 hour limit on an app and I’m an hour and a half in (Opal says so) and it locks. Or I don’t even get a fifteen minute warning and then a block begins. Is this also just me?
Happy to help. I’m afraid that you’ll need to contact our Support inbox in-app for us to view your User Logs and see what may have gone wrong here. To do so, follow these steps:
Open the Opal App
Tap on your Opal “Settings” (accessible from the top right corner of your “Profile” tab)
Tap on “Support Chat”
Within the Support chat, tap the Mail icon (accessible in the top right corner)
You will have three options: “Report a bug”, “Suggest an improvement”, or “Ask a Question”
Select your subject, then type in your inquiry
Once we have your user logs, we can take another look.
