Just want to say big thanks for the mac version!
I’ve had Opal Pro on mobile for a while, but had been totally ignorant to the power of the mac version.
I wanted to install it on Mac to
A) Block Work apps like slack/trello/mail via [yes, but make it harder] during the evenings when i should be relaxing. This gives me the optionality to undo if i really do need to work on something. But i have a bad habit of opening emails and other apps without thinking.
B) Block twitter on my mac for more than 20 mins a day (blocksite was too easy to bypass). Once i finished my allowed twitter time on iphone, the desktop was always an easy workaround. Now it’s solved!
Yesterday i activated these on my mac, and it worked great! I also like that desktop sessions are seperate to my iphone sessions, because i can customise how i want each device to be.
One question - how little daily screen time on iphone would i need to make it into the ‘top 10%’, currently i’m about ‘top 60%’ with 3-4 hours usually.
