I really appreciate Opal! I use it every day. What I don’t love is focus reports and screen time using comparisons that are based on total phone use and not distracting app use. I personally don’t worry about the amount of my phone use but do care about how much time I use distracting apps. I would like Opal to let me choose which metric include in focus reports and comparisons. As it is, I just mostly ignore these because they are focused on data points I value most. It is disappointing when I have productive day and rarely used a distracting app to see a comparison that I used 100% more screen time than others. I am very capable of being very distracted with or without my phone. For me, being on my phone and not using distracted apps is a general sign I was more productive.
