I finally bit the bullet and tried Opal Pro this week and it’s been very encouraging - there’s an immediate difference in my screen time before and after Opal which has sustained so far, so thanks!
I was just wondering whether there’s a way to reduce the number of candidate apps available when you set up an App Group. I’ve been having issues with the screen crashing in most categories (including Search), which I think may be because many of the apps/websites listed are ones I’ve previously used and deleted/no longer use.
If anyone knows a way to clear this cache, so that the list is comprised of only installed/recently used items, that would be amazing. I have been able to set up a whitelist successfully but it does make the process quite laborious!
Either way, thank you for this great socially-conscious app.
