Restart shortcut Delay Allows Temporary Bypass of Screen Time Restrictions

I set up an automation to prevent myself from going into the “Screen Time” settings and removing Opal’s access under “Apps that can access Screen Time.” However, I’ve noticed that after restarting my device, the automation has a delay — for about 2 to 3 minutes, I’m able to enter the settings and manually revoke Opal’s permissions. This undermines the strict blocking effect I’m trying to achieve.
