Screen time permissions loop hole

It is very easy to disconnect Opal (even when on hard mode). Just don’t give it permission to access “Screen Time”.

This needs to be fixed. When on a block, we should not be able to disconnect this option.

I followed the tips opal released on using shortcuts to block settings opening. But my brain worked out that I can open settings still by opening the control panel and accessing Bluetooth settings and accessing settings and screen time from there. How can I stop this???
