I tried that and it still just gives me the same general “this app is restricted” message…
this is so frustrating! it still isn’t working. I already tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but nothing changed.

Happy to help and sorry for the trouble. We appreciate you flagging this issue, and have escalated it to our engineers based on multiple reports. Unfortunately it’s related to changes made on Apple’s side, so it might take slightly longer to fix. That said, they are now on the case, and we’ll let you know when a fix has been implemented.

Still waiting. When they fix it, could you please let us know? There might be something we need to do, but I’m not sure. I really miss the opal block screens; in fact, that feature was what made me subscribe to the app in the first place
