Subscription Cancellation

Hello,
I would like to cancel my subscription but am unable to login to Stripe. I have put in my email multiple times, but they have not sent me an email (I have checked my inbox and spam folders). Please let me know if you can cancel my subscription, or how I can resolve this problem. I have contacted Opal directly but they claim my email has not been sent. I have used the chat feature on the app which also has not worked. Does anyone have any advice on how to reach a human being to cancel my subscription?
