There’s a problem recently where if I try to edit the Protection Center that the app freezes and requires me to refresh the app. This happens every time, even after the refresh.

On the Opal app home screen, click your profile picture/name to open settings

Scroll to the bottom to find ‘Contact Us’.

Scroll down to the bottom again, and tap Contact us, under “Still need help?”. Now, you will be presented with an interface to ask a question to our team.

- screenshots
- a precise description of the issue
