Google Pixel phones have a time limit app built-in where if you want to continue using an app you go into the settings and increase the time you want to spend on that app or apps. So if you set it for 30 minutes, it grays out at one minute warning, and then blocks the app. You can then go into the settings and increase the time to 40 or 50 minutes. You can literally see how much time you are spending as you increase how much time you want to spend on the app that day.
Maybe where it says “skip limit” it could say how long you’ve spent on the app/apps blocked as a visual.
